Network Deactivations: This page contains facts and information
regarding the current definition of "excessive Internet bandwidth" usage--the
primary cause of network deactivations. Here, too, is information
on: some of the causes, suggestions to prevent excessive
use, the deactivation/reactivation process, possible penalties
for AUP violations and more, including information on system compromises
that can result in unintentional or unknown (to the resident)
